The Recovery Lounge Attendant is responsible for creating a calm, recovery-focused space where members can relax, recharge, and support their overall wellness, with a focus on muscle recovery. They will play a key role in making sure each guest has a smooth, comfortable recovery experience that aligns with their health and fitness goals.
What You’ll Do:
- Verify members access to the lounge
- Assist members with session scheduling
- Monitor clients during recovery and assist with any issues if needed
- Be familiar with all of the equipment as some equipment sessions will be operated by staff
- Show members how to properly prepare for, use and wipe down equipment post session
- Provide support for member’s comfort and recovery needs (hydration, positioning, general assistance)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lounge environment
- Help promote a positive, relaxing, wellness-focused atmosphere
- Maintain refreshments; stocking beverages and snacks
- Washing/drying of towels and restocking
- Oversight and inventory of all retail items and sales reporting to GM
- Provide friendly, professional service to every client
- Any other related duties as assigned by management
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable, positive, and team-oriented
- Interest in health, wellness, or fitness
- Strong communication and people skills
- Some sales experience is preferred
- Able to stay calm and attentive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in fitness, customer service or retail is required
Schedule:
- Part-time, flexible hours (including evenings or weekends)
